Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in our firm's operations.
We are looking for an individual who is positive, energetic, and passionate about helping people.
The majority of time spent in this position will be performing administrative tasks, entering data, and learning our system and industry while providing exceptional service to clients and coworkers in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Learn our software, processes, and industry; Answer incoming phone calls and greet visiting customers; Scan and organize physical and electronic files; Accurately enter data into our software; Schedule appointments; Run errands, order supplies, and organize office; Various assigned projects.
Required Skills:
Basic mathematics (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing); Technology and computer expertise.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
